About Alani J.

Alani is a fun and outgoing artist who is ready to make your next corporate or personal event unforgettable! ALANI HABLA ESPAÑOL!

Alani J. is an award winning artist who has been doing caricatures for over 13 years. He started doing caricatures at a local theme park in Allentown for the summer. Now, he manages a year-round Caricatures and Facepaint operation at fairs nationwide.

Alani has been passionate about art since before he could walk. His dad Frank Jimenez and his mother Isa Pereyra watched and enjoyed as Alani took a paintbrush and crawled to the piece his dad was working on just to add his special finishing touch.

After arriving in New York from the Dominican Republic in 1995, Alani J. fluent in Spanish, achieved his Associate Degree in Graphic design from Lehigh Carbon Community College and Baum School of Art. His love for caricatures came from watching Disney and Warner Brothers cartoons on a black and white television in his country. His favorites are Thundercats, Voltron, and Bugs Bunny. Much inspiration for painting came from the amazing Bob Ross.

Alani is a current gold member of the INTERNATIONAL SOCIETY OF CARICATURE ARTISTS.
